Global inventory options for your local design

Finding the parts you need can be difficult, especially with longer lead times, allocated parts, and limited local inventory resources.

That’s why Arrow has added globally sourced inventory from warehouses around the world to the MyArrow platform. If there are parts available from other warehouses, you will see an additional inventory link in the part search results.

Benefits of global inventory:

  • Inventory can be purchased in your local currency
  • Inventory can be purchased with your Arrow credit terms
  • You do not need to set up a new vendor to purchase global inventory on MyArrow
  • Your local salesperson will have order details for your global purchase and can support you if nessecary

How it works:

If inventory is available in another region, it will appear in your part search as an additional inventory link. This link will take you to a page that looks different from the product pages that you’re used to. It will provide information about the part and where it’s shipping from. If you want to buy the part, you can add it to your cart as usual.

The best part is, it doesn’t matter if the part is on allocation in your region. If the additional inventory link shows up, you can purchase that part.

There are a few differences between this inventory and the inventory in your local warehouse:

  • It is non-cancellable and non-returnable (NCNR)
    • It can’t be quoted
  • It will have an international shipping fee associated with it

The price that you see is the best price that Arrow can offer.

Start your global search:

  1. Search for a part.
  2. If the part is out of stock, on allocation, or has a long lead time, look for the additional inventory link.
  3. Choose the purchase location and packaging that works for you.
  4. Add the parts to your cart and check out as usual.

Checkout process changes:

  1. All parts will be NCNR
  2. You will not be able to add a request date. Parts will ship ASAP.
  3. You will need to accept NCNR terms to proceed with checkout
  4. Your cart will show you which warehouse parts are shipping from
  5. You will see an international shipping fee for parts shipping from a warehouse that is not in your region
  6. Make sure to enter a PO number before you place your order, it’s required for processing
