This report is composed of 4 parts, and is meant to provide a quick reference of current order + shipping status:
Open orders
Orders preparing to ship
Shipments in the previous 7 days
Estimated ship dates for partial shipments
All Arrival Dates Updated in the Last 30 Days
This report shows changes in the Arrow committed arrival date and can assist in accurate supply chain planning. It displays the previous arrival date, the updated arrival date, and the day the arrival dates were updated in the Arrow system.
All Date Mismatches Requested in the Next 30 Days
This report shows mismatches between the customer’s requested arrival date and Arrow’s committed arrival date. It includes any orders that are past due and any orders requested within the next 30 days. Customers can review the estimated ship date to see if Arrow has partial delivery options available to cover unexpected shortages.

It’s easy to subscribe to any My Arrow automated report. Simply follow these instructions:
Choose your report file type
Select the reports you would like to receive
Select the frequency you would like the report(s) delivered to your inbox
Save and close the menu
Open and Preparing Shipment + Last 7 Days Shipped
View open orders
View estimated ship dates
View shipment status
All Arrival Dates Updated in the Last 30 Days
View the updated arrival date
View the date the arrival date was updated
Previous arrival date before the update
All Date Mismatches Requested in the Next 30 Days
View requested date
View the estimated ship date
Partial ship dates will show multiple dates under “Estimated Ship Date”
Find out when your order will arrive under “Scheduled Arrival Date”
