Manufacturer PO Status

Understanding when Arrow is going to receive shipments from manufacturers is crucial to keeping your production line moving. That’s why MyArrow has increased transparency by displaying the status of Arrow’s POs with manufacturers within automated reports and download reports.

Manufacturer PO Status – The status of Arrow’s POs with manufacturers.

• On Hand Inventory/Confirmed PO – Confirmed manufacturer purchase order or Arrow inventory​
• Pending – Pending Arrow placing an order or pending a manufacturer accepting an order​
• Unconfirmed PO – Manufacturer order pending confirmed delivery dates to Arrow
• Allocation – Default message for manufacturer or Arrow allocated parts​
• Past Due PO – Manufacturer PO overdue to Arrow

How to view Manufacturer PO Status in downloaded reports

1. Navigate to your orders page on MyArrow
2. Click “Download Orders”
3. Select “Manufacturer PO Status” and any other filters you would like in your downloaded report
4. Click “Download”
5. View Manufacturer PO Status in your downloaded report
