How to Purchase Parts on Arrow.com

1. Search for the parts you would like to buy.
2. Add the parts to your cart.
3. Verify that everything is correct and click secure checkout.
4. Login to arrow.com with the same email address and password that you use on MyArrow.
   • If you have any issues logging in, please reach out to websupport@arrow.com
5. Under payment method, select Link Arrow Line of Credit if you would like to link your existing credit terms to arrow.com, then click save and continue.
6. After you choose your shipment method, click place order.
   • If you would like a PO number to show on your invoice, click the plus sign underneath place order to add one.
7. You will get a popup requesting your Arrow account number, salesperson, and region. Enter that information and click submit.
   • If you do not know your account number, ask your salesperson.
8. After 3-5 business days, your credit information will be linked. The next time you place an order on arrow.com, make sure to use the same login information.

How to Purchase Parts on Verical.com

Note: If your credit terms are already linked on arrow.com, use the same login for Verical and your terms will carry over. Just select Line of Credit as your payment method.

1. Search for the parts you would like to buy.
2. Add the parts to your cart.
3. Verify that everything is correct and click secure checkout.
4. Login to verical.com with the same email address and password you use on MyArrow.
   • If that doesn’t work, please reach out to support@verical.com to get assistance. If you reset your password on MyArrow, the reset will take effect on Arrow.com and Verical.com as well.
5. Choose your preferred shipping method.
6. Under payment method, select Link Arrow Line of Credit if you would like to link your existing credit terms to arrow.com, then click next.
7. Verify that all of your information is correct and then click Place Your Order.
8. You will get a popup requesting your Arrow account number, salesperson, and region. Enter that information and click submit.
   • If you do not know your account number, ask your salesperson.
9. After 3-5 business days, your credit will be linked. The next time you place an order on verical.com, make sure to use the same login information.
