When you find out the arrival date for an order has changed, it can either relieve stress or add to it. Often, you find out too late that your shipment has been delayed due to inclement weather or other supply chain related issues. At Arrow, our goal is to reduce your stress as much as possible with the MyArrow platform. That’s why we created the ‘All Arrival Dates Updated’ in the ‘Last 30 Days’ filter. This filter allows you to quickly sift through your backlog and identify which orders are going to arrive sooner than anticipated, as well as which orders have been delayed. If you’d like to receive this report proactively, you can set up a report subscription to begin receiving updates to your scheduled arrival dates daily, weekly, or monthly.
If you select this preset filter from the dropdown on your orders page, you will see either a caution symbol or a green check mark in the ‘Scheduled Arrival Date’ column for a particular PO. The caution symbol indicates that your order is scheduled to arrive later than planned. The check mark indicates your order is scheduled to arrive earlier than planned.
If you choose instead to have this report delivered directly to your inbox, you will see three important columns in the file you receive: ‘Updated Arrival Date,’ ‘Previous Arrival Date,’ and ‘Last Updated.’ The rows in the ‘Updated Arrival Date’ column will be shaded red if the arrival date has been pushed out into the future or green if the arrival date has been pulled in. The ‘Previous Arrival Date’ column indicates when your order was previously scheduled to arrive, and the ‘Last Updated’ column indicates when the most recent updates were made to your arrival date.
You will now receive an Excel spreadsheet at your desired frequency that contains all of your orders that have had arrival dates updated within the past 30 days.
