How to purchase or request a quote for your entire list of parts

Simplify your purchasing or quoting process with the MyArrow BOM tool

Managing all of the parts for your project can be difficult. That is why we created the BOM tool. It allows you to upload all of your parts into a single location. From there you can quickly see pricing and inventory information for every part. Then you can decide if you are ready to purchase the parts or if you need to request a quote.

To get started, create a BOM and then follow the steps below to purchase or request a quote for all of the parts you need. If you would like to purchase or request a quote for some of your parts, don’t worry, you can easily select a group of parts too.

How to purchase from a list of parts

1. Click BOMs at the top of your dashboard
2. Choose the BOM you would like to purchase from or create a new BOM
3. Make sure that the correct parts and quantities are listed in your BOM
4. Select the quantity that you would like to purchase and click Buy All
   • To purchase a group of parts, select the checkbox on the left of each part you would like to purchase then click Buy Selected

5. Click the shopping cart icon at the top of your screen to finish the checkout process

How to request a quote from a list of parts

1. Click BOMs at the top of your dashboard
2. Choose the BOM you would like to get a quote for or create a new BOM
3. Make sure that the correct parts and quantities are listed in your BOM
4. Select the quantity that you would like to quote and click Quote BOM
   1. To request a quote for a group of parts, select the checkbox on the left of each part you would like to quote, then click Quote Selected
5. Click the quote cart icon at the top of your screen to finish submitting the quote to your salesperson
