Received the wrong parts or the wrong quantity? Damaged or missing parts? You can now request a return on MyArrow, anytime and anywhere:
- Request Return of Materials for eligible orders
- Submit a Field Quality Request
- Simple form submits requests directly to Arrow’s Quality team
- After you submit a request, a confirmation email containing the details of your request will be sent directly to you
- After processing, a completed RMA will be sent directly to you
How do I request a Return?
- Click on the shipped tab under orders in your dashboard
- Click ‘View All Shipped in Last 30 Days’
- Click ‘View Order’ on the order you would like to return
- Select the line items you would like to return
- Click ‘Request a Return/Quality Issue’
- Fill out all the fields
- Upload an Image
- Click Submit
