There are several ways to collaborate on projects within MyArrow. Choosing between them depends on if you want to collaborate online or offline. If you would like to collaborate online, simply share your parts list (BOM) with a colleague. You can also send your list of parts to a colleague via email if you’d like. If you want to collaborate offline, download your parts list and share via email, Slack, Teams, or any collaboration tool.
How to share a list of parts
Log in to MyArrow and navigate to the BOM landing page
Open the list of parts you would like to share
Click Share in the header
Note: You can only share your list of parts with users in your organization that also have access to MyArrow
Search for the user you would like to share your list of parts with
Choose the permission level you would like to share with your colleague
You can choose either View or Edit permissions
View permission allows your colleague to look at your list of parts, but not make any edits
Edit permission allows your colleague to add or delete parts from the list and even switch out parts for crosses if they would like to. All of the changes that are made to the list will be recorded in the revision history in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Follow steps 1 and 2 from above, then click Download in the header
Select what you would like to see in your downloaded file and click download
Open the Excel file from the downloads on your computer
Your file will contain the Best Buying Options (what Arrow recommends you should buy), All Buy Options (everything available to you), and BOM Details (an overview of your BOM). You will also have access to cross information and the grade of the cross.
